FCC Helps Louisville's MOLO Village Provide Ministry of Healing and Hope
The MOLO Village Community Development Corporation (MVCDC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2011 by St. Peter’s Church to engage residents of west Louisville’s historic Russell neighborhood in holistic approaches to community development.
MOLO especially focuses its work on individuals and families impacted by the high rate of poverty, incarceration, and recidivism by helping them transform themselves into resources that benefit the entire community.

FCC Provides 150 Safe Sleep Kits!
Meet Baby Sincere. She lives with her mother and 4 siblings at Wayside Christian Mission (homeless shelter) on Jefferson St. She was 10 days old when staff from Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness met her because of a referral from a social worker at Wayside. FCC Member Helps Make the Blessing Clean Water Possible
Water with Blessings is a faith based mission that has provided over 50,000 water filters in over 40 countries. In 2017, FCC church member Joy Davis requested a grant to help her make some of the covers that are used to protect the filters when they are shipped. FCC Helps Eastern Area Community Ministries Provide Essential Services to NE Jefferson County
Eastern Area Community Ministries provides emergency and supportive services to families in Northeast Jefferson County. From free diaper assistance to meals on wheels delivery and a lot in between, EACM is there to make sure that no family in our community goes without their basic needs met. First Christian Provides 100 Mattresses for Local Homeless Students
In April of 2017, dozens of volunteers gathered to build beds for local students who could not afford a bed of their own. Of course, what good is a bed without a mattress?
