Volunteers Needed!

Youth Mentorship is a program that helps our refugee and immigrant young adults and children achieve their educational or career goals. Mentors will be paired with a mentee, and they will work together to help the mentee get acclimated to their new home and resources. Mentors will meet with their mentee 4-6 hours a month to assist with schooling, or just to befriend and talk. Click here for more.

Our summer program is a time for our school students to come and enjoy countless activities. Our youth team leads and coordinates the summer prog

ram; students have a literacy class in the morning and engage in fun activities in the afternoon. From time to time, they will also take field trips throughout the city. The volunteers will help our youth team with classes and activities. Click here for more.

Lastly, we have our food box drop-off and hygiene box drop-off. These two volunteer opportunities are for volunteers who want to assist in transporting food boxes and hygiene supplies. Many of our clients do not have the means to pick up food boxes at their local food pantry, so we want to offer this opportunity for the community to help out. In addition, if we can help with food boxes and hygiene supplies, they can allocate their monthly budget to more important expenses. Click here for more.
