Visiting a church for the first time is not always easy. To help make your visit to First Christian as comfortable as possible, we've answered some frequently asked questions about what a first time visitor can expect on Sunday mornings.

Our Mission

At First Christian Church of Louisville, we seek to be a movement for wholeness in a fragmented world.  Living into that mission is at the heart of everything we do as a church and we are doing so in ways that really are making a difference.

Core Beliefs

While a set of core beliefs says a lot about who and what a church seeks to be, it says more about who and what a church believes God to be and how God calls us to live into our faith.

The Open ​Table

At the heart of our weekly worship service is the celebration of Communion. While some churches and traditions limit access to communion based on a variety of restrictions, at First Christian Church we welcome everyone to the Lord's Table, just as we have been welcomed.  All means all!

Meet our Staff

While the strength of our church is found in the larger congregation, we also have an outstanding staff that is here to shepherd the congregation as we seek to live into God's call as a church.
