Did you know that 3 pairs of shoes or a donation of $3 will provide safe drinking water to an individual for life?

As a part of our Making Waves theme for Lent, FCC is issuing the following challenge to our FCC friends. We are asking each person to donate at least 3 pairs of shoes or at least $3 to WaterStep to save lives with clean, safe drinking water during the season of Lent.

As a part of the challenge, we are also asking each FCC friend to encourage at least one person not connected with FCC to donate at least 3 pairs of shoes or at least $3.

By our math, if we can get each FCC friend to donate, and each friend encourages a friend or family member to donate, we should be able to meet our goal of collecting 1500 pairs of shoes, or money donations in kind. That's clean, safe drinking water for 500 people FOR LIFE.
