EACM Volunteers Needed!

The following volunteer opportunities are currently available:

Food pantry volunteer: Assist with receiving donations, sorting and weighing donations and stocking shelves as well as packing food order bags. Lifting and pushing capability is necessary. Mondays, anytime between 9 AM and 2 PM.

Food pantry shopper helper: Assist client coming to EACM to shop for food in the food pantry. Assist with locating items and general assistance getting food order to vehicle if necessary. Multiple days and times available.

Front desk assistant: Greet clients coming into EACM for services and connect them with the staff or volunteer who can provide them with service. Monday afternoons from Noon - 2 PM and Thursday afternoons from Noon - 2 PM.

Meal shuttle driver: Pick up prepared meals organized into delivery routes and bring to EACM for pick up by volunteers for delivery. Be at the Masterson’s kitchen on Lexington Road between 8 AM and 8:15 AM.

Meals Drivers: Pick up prepared meals at EACM and deliver to recipients at their homes. Routes are organized by geographic areas. Extra ask – we’re looking for drivers in the Shively Area to start a new route!
