Jerry McBroom has been involved in ministry for the past 35 years. For 11 years, he was the drummer with the popular Christian rock band BRIDE. He has counseled and shared the gospel with thousands of people all over the world. He has ministered in the United States, Brazil, Costa Rica, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Holland, Switzerland, and Canada.

 

BRIDE is considered one of the leading hard rock Christian bands in the world, garnishing 16 #1 songs and 4 prestigious Dove Awards. Jerry has had the opportunity to see countless people come to know Jesus Christ through his music and ministry. Jerry served as youth pastor at First Christian Church from February 2000 until November 2021.

 

In response to God’s call, Jerry transitioned to Minister of Engagement & Outreach at FCC Louisville in 2021. His passion is helping connect people to God and to each other through worship, service, educational, and fellowship opportunities. Jerry is also the drummer for FCC’s awesome worship band.

 

Jerry resides in Clarksville, Indiana with his wife Claudia. They have four kids, two grandkids, and one on the way! Jerry also plays drums in the popular local band, The Rumors.
