One of the joys of being involved in a church family is the fellowship that comes with it. At First Christian Church we believe that great things happen with people of faith share fellowship with one another. Feel free to join us for any of the fellowship events listed below. Friends Night Out
One of our most well attended fellowship outings is our monthly Friends Night Out. Taking place on the third Friday of every month, Friends Night Out is a chance for you to join church friends at a local restaurant for great food and fellowship. The location changes each month so make sure to check out our church newsletter or call the church office for more information.
Parents Night Out
One of our most beloved ministries for our parents of school aged children is Parents Night Out. Taking place on the third Friday of every month from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. this ministry provides a night of fun for your children and and a night of freedom for their parents. Making the night even better is that at a cost of only $5.00 per child (which includes dinner) parents can still afford to go out! If you would like to participate in Parents Night Out, please reserve your space by Wednesday of that week so we can provide enough care givers.
SAGES
SAGES is a senior adult fellowship outing that takes place on the first Thursday of every month. This fun and energetic group always chooses the most exciting (and tasty) places to eat in the area. SAGES also takes regular trips to area attractions and even overnight travel to “not too distant” destinations.
Tinseltown Tuesdays
Plan ahead to join First Christian Church friends each month at Tinseltown Theater in Springhurst for an evening movie on the first Tuesday of each month. We announce the movie choice a couple of weeks in advance, get together about 20 minutes before show time and then enjoy the film at a discount price. We hope you’ll join us!
First Friends Coffee
Join us for coffee and conversation on the first Tuesday of each month, at 10 a.m. at the new Panera Bread located adjacent to the Fresh Market at Brownsboro Rd and I-264. There is no set agenda at First Friends Coffee other than the joy of great coffee and great company!
